PURPOSE: Support the Store Manager in leadership and organizational tasks that drive the efficiency of the store’s operation and promote a superb shopping experience for patrons. Supervise and train staff to model the core values of the establishment.

  • Make recommendations on the purchase and inventory to ensure customer demand is always met
  • Ensures that the store ambiance and cleanliness meet and exceeds quality standards
  • Collaborates with merchandising staff to maximize purchasing appeal
  • Organize sales and product demonstrations to promote high engagement of customers and shoppers
  • Prepare sales and customer reports and make recommendations for improvements
  • Interact with customers and resolve complaints or grievances to ensure the best outcomes that promote a winning customer experience
  • Review staff performance and offer constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with team leads on setting and achieving team-specific goals

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing, or other relevant degrees
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ leadership experience in a similar position
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Excel
  • Must exhibit good analytical skills, be detailed oriented and deadline-driven
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills
  • Good relationship management
  • Service excellence-driven
