This four-week course focuses on designing and delivering an Assessment Center (AC). An Assessment Centre is a systematic method of evaluation of the behavior of an individual based on multiple criteria. To assess multiple trained observers and techniques are used. Assessment center is a place where a person {staff} is assessed to decide whether he/ she is suitable for a job or not.
